• 2. No refund will be granted, once your Visa is sent to your provided email.
• 3. No refund or cancellation is granted if your application has incorrect details occasioned by your mistake. We strongly recommend that you confirm your travel and personal information prior to departure against your visa confirmation letter. We strongly further recommend that you verify your visa information with your passport and personal information prior to departure.

Please note that the refund process may take 25 - 90 days or 180 days in certain cases due to payment gateway / internal reconciliation / banking procedures. Your funds will be credited to an account used during an order process in the timeliest possible manner. If the refund is made to the Credit/Debit Card account or to Bank account, the bank charges and refund processing fee would be debited from the refund amount.
